We adhere to GDPR limits for users engaging from the European Economic Area (EEA).

Data Usage & Disclosure
Your data is strictly utilized to provide and maintain our consulting services and LMS ecosystem. Farbridge Pharma does not broker personalized data to third parties. Disclosure only occurs to trusted third-party service providers acting under Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) to facilitate infrastructure, or if rigidly required by legal compliance statutes.
EU & UK Visitors: Your GDPR Rights
If you are located in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the UK GDPR give you rights over your personal data. When you contact us through a form on this website, we receive the details you enter (such as your name, email address, company and message). We store them in our secure cloud database and forward them to our team by email so that we can respond to your request.
Subject to the conditions set out in the GDPR, you have the right to:
- Access – obtain confirmation of whether we process your personal data, and a copy of it.
- Rectification – have inaccurate or incomplete personal data corrected.
- Erasure – ask us to delete your personal data.
- Restriction – ask us to limit how we use your personal data.
- Portability – receive the personal data you provided to us in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format, or have it sent to another organisation.
- Objection – object to processing based on our legitimate interests, and to direct marketing at any time.
- Withdrawal of consent – where we rely on your consent, withdraw it at any time, without affecting processing carried out before you withdrew it.
- Complaint – lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, in particular in the EU member state where you live or work, or with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) in the United Kingdom.
To exercise any of these rights, email us at info@farbridgepharma.com. We may need to verify your identity before acting on your request, and we will respond within the time limits set by the GDPR (normally one month).
California Residents
If you are a California resident, the CCPA gives you additional rights over your personal information, and requires us to disclose the categories we collect, why we collect them, and how long we keep them. Those disclosures are set out in full in our California Privacy Notice, which controls over this policy where the two differ.
