By accessing our service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

QA Clinic Limitations

The QA Clinic provides advisory insights based on the explicit information submitted by the user. Responses do not constitute a binding legal regulatory framework and should not wholly substitute comprehensive internal audits or binding agreements with global agencies (FDA, EMA). Farbridge Pharma bears no liability for operational damages resulting from misinterpreted advisory statements.

Intellectual Property

All original content, features, functionalities, and training modules hosted within the GxP Academy LMS are the exclusive property of The Company. This content is protected by international copyright and trademark laws. Reproduction or unauthorized redistribution of our Proprietary Material is strictly prohibited without explicit written consent.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account (specifically within the GxP Academy or Consultant Portal) immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.
